More than a decade in Singapore’s precast design and manufacturing industry, having worked across operational, management, and technical roles, with hands-on involvement in design and detailing, BIM and automation workflows for ICPH operations, DfMA for precast construction, production and batching-plant operations, construction management of precast office buildings and factories, business development, and project coordination.
Extensive hands-on involvement in structural design, structural analysis, analytical structural modelling, structural idealization, detailed engineering design, and the preparation and delivery of structural plans and detailed design calculations across a range of civil and structural engineering works, including bridges and flyovers using long-span built-up steel box girders and post-tensioned girders, telecom towers, and mass-movement mitigation structures.
Former Managing Partner of a small construction company in Manila, with hands-on involvement in its day-to-day business operations, including driving a subcontract project through to final closure — a 45-storey + penthouse (190-unit high-end residential project in Greenhills, San Juan).
